Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery (Platform Subscription) RAKOSELL provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

  • Merchant Access: Upon successful payment of a subscription plan, platform features are unlocked immediately.

  • Digital Goods Delivery: For end-customers purchasing from merchants on our platform, "delivery" is defined as the automated provision of access to digital files, streaming links, or membership credentials. RAKOSELL ensures the infrastructure facilitates this delivery immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

  • For Merchants: All subscription fees paid to RAKOSELL are non-refundable as the service is digital and granted immediately upon payment. Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

  • For End-Customers: RAKOSELL is a venue provider. Refunds for digital goods or memberships purchased through a merchant's site are handled at the sole discretion of the Merchant.

  • Platform Intervention: RAKOSELL reserves the right to intervene or facilitate a refund only in cases of verified technical failure of the platform’s delivery system or if a Merchant is found to be in violation of our Prohibited Items policy.


交付與退款政策

1. 服務交付 (平台訂閱) RAKOSELL 提供軟體即服務 (SaaS) 平台。

  • 商家權限: 成功支付訂閱計劃後,平台功能將立即啟用。

  • 數位商品交付: 對於在我們平台上向商家購買商品的終端客戶,「交付」定義為自動提供數位檔案、串流連結或會員憑證的訪問權。RAKOSELL 確保系統基座在確認付款後立即執行交付程序。

2. 退款政策

  • 針對商家: 所有支付給 RAKOSELL 的訂閱費用均不予退還,因為數位服務在付款後已立即提供。商家可隨時取消訂閱以停止後續計費。

  • 針對終端客戶: RAKOSELL 為平台提供商。透過商家網站購買的數位商品或會員資助,其退款由商家全權決定並處理

  • 平台介入: 僅在證實為平台交付系統技術故障,或發現商家違反「禁止項目」政策的情況下,RAKOSELL 方保留介入或協助處理退款的權利。
